Today i have realised the enormity of a 365 challenge. Its not every day you feel creative and its not every day you will get that great shot. Take today for instance, its day one and i am struggling… not a great sign. Maybe i can blame my New Years day hangover…

I only left the house briefly and i am unhappy with the photo. I didn’t even want to post a photo due to my lack of love for the ones taken, thats the challenge though, i can’t hide from my inadequacy’s in photography. I hope this pushes me further in my image making.

So here we go TaDaaa… Taken on the Fuji X-Pro1 of course.

I must admit i technically got this wrong, f2.8 is too shallow. There is no real sharpness and i feel the image lacks a certain quality, this is the first file i have opened that i have felt this from the XPro-1.

Anyway onwards and upwards… here’s hoping tomorrow brings me a magical moment!

I must get into the habit…. I didn’t really take many photos today. Days like today will come (i spent most of it in Mayfair drinking Margaritas if i am honest) but i managed to grab a shot that i could post whilst walking through hyde park on this grey day… Thats why the X-Pro1 is so good, it just comes with me, and is always there like a dog wanting to play…
