Impromptu Beach Portraits with the Fuji X-Pro1: Day 133

It was my wife’s birthday and she had wished to be on a beach, so we were…. As we walked along the sand (and rocks) I couldn’t resist photographing her, she is very beautiful after all!!!

I must say I am still impressed with the quality of the Fuji X-Pro1, I think in recent weeks I have come to take it for granted and have not really used it in a way I should for such a great camera. The quality of these images is impressive, and all this with the 18mm lens too. I really need to push myself to use it more and turn out something other than snatched street shots, the quality is there and the ease of use is amazing, not to mention the light weight and ease with which you can carry it around compared to a DSLR.  So to the pictures….

Just a bit of fun but I think they look great. It was a worthwhile exercise to remind me how great the Fuji X-Pro1 is and how easily lovely images can be produced… i would recommend everyone to try one!
