Its Magic: Day 59

I was wondering around Covent Garden again and had to hang around this floating street performer to catch some peoples expressions. This shot just worked, i think it’s because the guy looks pretty cool.

I had a little play with my colours on this one, it was lovely and soft to start with but i thought i could make it ‘more’ with a few layers!

Skateboard Graveyard: Day 58

Although this can be seen as littering and is pretty messy, it has taken on a sort of form of art. What do you think?

There is something that i like despite the messiness…

Action Man No.2: Day 57

This guy is everywhere… Maybe someone is amassing a massive green action man army in London. I wonder how many times I can capture him in a year!

Red Yellow Blue: Day 56

I loved the bold colours I saw with this family against the Selfridges bag. I just managed to catch them through the crowd! A simple explanation for a simple shot today!

Head in the Clouds: Day 55

This is one of the window displays at Selfridges right now. I was hurrying past on my way to meet someone and had to stop quickly to take a snap. I wish i had centered myself more but hey, i still like it!

I love the colours in this, the mixed daylight and tungsten really blends well. I am a bit of a dreamer sometimes so I believe my title is quite apt.

Just Do It: Day 54

Is it a message from the universe? The power of now? Guidance from an unknown force? Or is it just a Nike Advert that sells you stuff you don’t need…

1/250 sec; f/5.6; ISO 500

1/250 sec; f/5.6; ISO 500

IT?? what is it? Whatever it is do it now, as tomorrow will never be today.

Oxford street on a Saturday morning a treat for a street photographer, hell on earth most of the time though!

Matching Pairs: Day 53

I caught this one just outside Selfridges, I love the symmetry of the women on either side and the twin like look of theĀ  women in the middle, quite balanced!

Just in time again tonight.. I wonder when I will finally miss a days post???
